The Wildest Locker Room Stories We’ve Ever Heard

When Natasha Bedingfield sang “Release your inhibitions” in her 2004 hit song “Unwritten,” she probably wasn’t singing to the woman in this story. Our storyteller had quite a memorable experience their first time in her gym’s “grown-up” locker room. She saw an older woman emerge from the shower, completely covered in towels. Thinking this woman wanted to be modest, our storyteller tactfully averted her eyes out of respect. 

This storyteller had the wrong idea. As it turns out, this woman had no qualms about being without clothing. She walked over to a mirror, took everything off, and proceeded to work out in front of everyone. She really let it all hang out without a care in the world.
