Airports are huge, and having to get around them when you have crutches or a wheelchair has to be one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable experiences. At least they have those people who help disabled folk get around now.

Still, having to go back and forth only to end up with failure in the end seems more frustrating than anything. The moral of the story, make sure to triple-check dates, especially if you’re injured. I don’t envy the OP, but hopefully, they won’t go through that again.
