The lifestyle of an actor is very intensive… Every day they have a million different prior arrangements to attend, but there are only so many hours in a day. So in order to complete the many different tasks that pile up into their days, they have assistants and staff members to help them get everything done on time.

Apparently, actress and director Lena Dunham doesn’t have the time to eat, so she gets her assistants to feed her physically. We’re not entirely sure how getting someone to feed you saves you that much time in the long run, but hey, celebrities have their weird things, and their employees have to go along with them.
